Best sauce, with Ahuacatlan

Congratulations for this product, I prepare a sauce with chile de arbol frying it with Ahuacatlan Oil, I add garlic, cloves, pepper, cumin
and onion in small pieces, the mix must rest for 15 days. A perfect balance between spicy oil and other ingredients. Of course I got better
results with this oil than olive oil.

This oil improved my levels of triglycerides

Its almost a miracle I got down my levels of triglycerides. I take a spoon of oil by medical prescription before breakfast and I love to cook with this oil because it doesn´t change the flavors of my meals like olive oil does. Hopefully would be known massively all the benefits of avocado oil.

I fell in love with this oil

I discovered avocado oil at Costco in Cabo, Mexico. I fell in love
with this oil once I brought it home and cooked with it. It the most
versatile oil I have ever used. I now use healthy avocado oil as a
replacement to butter. This oil is simply the best!! I wish I discovered it
sooner.

I use it everyday

My children love eating fried tacos, breaded escalopes, etc so we consume tons of cooking oil at home. Everytime I fried something I had to throw away the remaining oil because it had burned or got some strange smells. One day a friend of mine recommended me to use avocado oil, she explained that besides how healthy it was to use it, it didn't burn so you could reuse it. I was curious so I bought a bottle, and now I use it everyday.

My cholesterol level dropped

I've had high cholesterol levels for years, my doctor recommended me, among other things, to change my traditional cooking oil for avocado oil. Now that I've started using it I have seen that my levels of cholesterol have stabilized at a really low cost… food is as tasty as before and I haven't noticed any difference in flavor.
